I was lucky enough to be on the field at Crosley to meet:
Birdie Tebbetts, Gus Bell, Frank Robinson and Johnny Temple. Back then, mid 1950's, the Kid Glove Game sent a couple kids for advertising purposes. My dad was great friends with the President of Knothole in Cincinnati. I probably didn't realize how lucky I was.
